AI started as one track inside Gamesummit. It grew faster than everything around it — more submissions, more sponsors, more people in the room than the format could hold. OMNI AI Summit is that track, spun out into a standalone event: same date, same venue, separate halls, separate agendas.
Grown out of a proven event
Gamesummit already brings the audience, the operations and the sponsor relationships. OMNI inherits all of it on day one instead of starting from zero.
Two events, one campus
Gamesummit and OMNI run on the same date in the same venue, in separate halls. Every OMNI ticket admits you to Gamesummit as well — one badge, both events, no second purchase. Partners reach both audiences without booking twice.

Startup Zone & Demo Stage
12 startup spots in the central foyer, on the path everyone walks between halls. A 10-minute Demo Stage runs throughout the day, and the investor pitch final closes the Main Hall programme.
Partner & Expo Zone
Branded stands on the perimeter, stage integrations, workshop hosting rights, badge and lanyard branding, and access to the joint Gamesummit footfall.

Both events share their date, a venue and a registration desk. Attendees of one see the other's signage, startup zone and expo all day. Every OMNI ticket admits you to Gamesummit as well, and cross-event partner packages reach a gaming/creative audience and an enterprise audience in a single booking.

Draft programme. Green slots are open — click one to pitch a talk, a panel seat or a case study for that exact time. Several people can go for the same slot.

Creators & vibe coding agenda
Morning block is building software with AI, afternoon is AI for creative work. Workshops are 40 minutes with a laptop-open format.

The real Baku Convention Center layout. Twelve startup spots sit in the foyer band between the auditorium and the two halls — the strip everyone crosses. Click a free one to apply. The Expo Zone has no fixed slots: stand size and position are agreed with each partner.
What a spot includes
A 1×1 m table in the foyer band for the full day, two crew passes, power and Wi-Fi, your name on the plan and in the printed programme. Bring your own laptop or screen.
Demo Stage & pitch final
Every startup in the zone can request a 10-minute Demo Stage slot. The six strongest go to the investor pitch final in the Main Hall at 16:55.
Expo Zone
The hall east of the Main Hall, opening straight onto the foyer. No fixed slots and no cap — footprint, build and position are allocated per partner. Leave a request and we plan it with you.

Purpose-built congress venue in Baku with the hall capacity to run OMNI and Gamesummit side by side, parking for the volume, and an airport transfer under 30 minutes.

Halls
17 conference halls on site. Main Hall takes the industry track, Hall B the creators, and the central foyer holds the Startup Zone and the Expo Zone.

On-site parking, taxi drop-off at the main entrance, ~25 min from Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
